The webbing used may not meet the strength requirements of the regulations. This could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
What to do: Registered owners will receive a repair kit containing new harness restraints and installation instructions. Non-registered owners of affected car seats or owners who have moved should contact the Canadian distributor, Newell Industries Canada Ltd., at 1-800-345-4109 to obtain a repair kit or if they have any questions.

What's wrong: On certain child car seats, the buckle may become contaminated with foreign material, such as food or dried liquids, and may over time become progressively more difficult to unlatch or become stuck in the latched position. If this occurs, users may experience difficulty unlatching or be unable to unlatch the buckle, which could increase the risk of injury in an emergency situation.
What to do: Registered owners will be sent a letter containing proper care instructions and information on how to obtain a replacement buckle. Customers may also contact Graco at 1-800-667-8184 or at service@graco.net.
